We know that to truly empower women economically and support them as they harness their highest potential we need to invest in a continuum of pre-employment and job-retention training, mentorship, and access to professional networks and a community of support. Programming & Community Impact
Serve 400 clients through our suiting, career services and leadership programs.
Provide education to clients focused on financial literacy
Career Hub – Create a 24/7 community that will help prepare women for that first good job, ensure a smooth transition into a new role as well as offer resources and inspiration for leadership and growth throughout their careers. The Dress for Success Career Hub will be a virtual one stop shop that will help our clients at every stage of their career journey. Transformative Resources will include:
– Career resources and accredited training programs – Personal wellness and life education – Mentorship opportunities – Supportive forum

Organizational Structure
Develop community partnership and strategic program resources
Mental Health training for volunteers
Recruit and build a larger and more diverse volunteer base
Further develop Board and Governance policies and procedures
